As an employee of Action Against Hunger-USA and working on a USA mission, irrespective of the contract you hold, you are required to complete a monthly timesheet to account for days worked during each payroll period. Time sheets are used to determine how much each employee has earned each month and to track this against our donors’ grants. Accordingly, an accurate accounting of actual hours worked is essential.
All employees are responsible for preparing their individual monthly timesheet based on the eligible budget codes proposed by the Head of Finance.
