Briefings are an essential part of each new employee’s pre-departure preparations and are the joint responsibility of both Action Against Hunger-USA’s managers and individual employees. 

All Action Against Hunger-USA managers follow detailed briefing outlines to ensure that briefings are standardized for each role. Nevertheless, it is understood that many other issues may need to be addressed and employees are strongly encouraged to use their briefings to ask questions prior to leaving for the field, or in the first days and weeks of their new assignment.
